The Monroe County Veterans Office will be CLOSED tomorrow Tuesday November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
Monroe County Ohio Means Jobs will hold a veteran hiring event at the Monroe County Hall of Heroes November 19, 2025 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
The Monroe county veteran’s service commission will be hosting a free Veteran’s day recognition homestyle lunch Thursday, November 13 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Monroe County Hall of Heroes in Woodsfield, Ohio. The “Beallsville Remembers All Who Gave” organization will hold their annual Veteran’s only drawing following the lunch.
Tickets and collection boxes for the “Beallsville Remembers All” sponsored annual drawing have been placed at the Monroe County Veterans Office, American Legion Posts 768 Beallsville, 760 Hannibal, 87 Woodsfield as well as the VFWs 5303 Woodsfield and 9930 Sardis. This drawing is for veteran’s only with no cost to enter. Winners will be drawn at 1:00 pm November 13 at the Monroe County Hall of Heroes, Woodsfield, Ohio.
Prizes include: $500 gift card or cash (x2), $200 gift card or cash (x8), turkeys (x8), hams (x8) and two 65″ televisions*. (*Must be present at drawing to win a TV)
